I think this is a good thing! I agree with all said here. Chrissy can be an inspiration to many people-even a new acquaintance would probably get something out of just a short conversation with her. I admire your strength because I know how hard this has been for you & I know the road ahead is going to be a long one & most likely have a few more bumps in the road. You hear of mothers on the news - dumping their babies, killing their babies & being witness to abuse in some way or another & you have to wonder what are they thinking or should we say 'not' thinking & then we see the mother in you! We all saw it when Gabe was first born - you were meant to be a mom & you're doing a very good job at it. I'm proud of you sweetheart & I know Zoe is going to pull through every thing they throw at her - because she is the 'image' of you!
Love you

Oh shoosh LOL! I'm just extremely blessed and lucky to have a sister like Chrissy. I said it during our BTR interview, everyone should have a mom like her. She's amazing, she's fun, smart, intelligent and we all adore her.

Well, I agree. I also think YOU are a candidate, Nikki. Look what you've done for your sister, your niece, and hey, your own bairns.

Chrissy and Nikki,
I just finished listening to the radio program. You did good!!! Listening to you two banter back and forth you can tell there is a great deal of love between you. You are very lucky to have each other. Family love and support is what usually gets all of us through our own trials and tribulations whether we know it or not. Family is where most of us draw our strength from. It may not be obvious to most people, but I think you get your strength from each other. I am reminded of Christmas night with you two sitting on the couch, you are conversing so fast that it seems you have your own language and nobody else could get in the conversation if they even wanted too. Zoe is indeed very lucky to have you as her mother Chrissy, and Aunt Nikki in her corner as well.
